baji2 Terms & Conditions

baji2 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms ("Agreement") are effective between you ("User") and baji2. By using our website, mobile version, or any related service, you are bound by all the terms of this Agreement.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at baji2, the user must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. We may request age verification documents when necessary. Providing false information will result in permanent account cancellation and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be considered void.

2.3 Accurate Information

It is the user's responsibility to keep the name, mobile number, and payment information provided at registration accurate and up to date. baji2 will not be held responsible for any withdrawal delays or cancellations caused by incorrect information.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your login details confidential. Sharing your account with a third party is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.1 Payment Methods

baji2 currently processes transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Payments through any method outside this platform are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or a security review is needed.

3.4 Transaction Verification

For large withdrawal amounts or unusual activity, we may request identity documents or other paperwork. baji2 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until the required documents are provided.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 gives a ৳20,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for each bonus is 20x (twenty times), calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• The time limit for using a bonus will be stated in the offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If a bonus is claimed through multiple accounts or fraud, all bonuses will be cancelled and the account will be closed.
• baji2 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus terms at any time.

baji2 has three VIP tiers for active players, determined automatically based on regular betting activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

VIP tier upgrades depend on the player's overall activity and participation. baji2 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms and any changes will be published on the platform. Cashback not claimed within the specified period may expire.

baji2 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account involved in the following activities:

• Operating multiple accounts or committing bonus fraud.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or collusion.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Harassing or acting aggressively toward other users or staff.
• Registering with a false identity or using third-party documents.

If an account is closed for the above reasons, the associated balance and bonuses will be forfeited. baji2 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

7.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

baji2 may reject any bet before it is confirmed. In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed, the relevant bet will be declared void and the original stake will be returned.

7.2 Result Determination

The outcomes of all games and betting events are settled according to the defined rules. If an event is cancelled, suspended, or left incomplete, baji2 reserves the right to make a decision under the applicable terms.

7.3 RTP & Game Fairness

All casino games on baji2 are operated by reputable software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). 12.1 By baji2

baji2 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice for breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or any other reasonable cause.

12.2 By the User

You may request to close your own account at any time through our support team. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed, and if ongoing wagering requirements have not been met, the associated bonuses will be cancelled.
